Your data is used only for the following purposes, which are necessary to care for you:

• Scheduling, confirming, rescheduling or cancelling your appointment.
• Providing medical care at your home or by video call.
• Contacting you about your appointment by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Meeting the legal obligations that apply to medical practice.

We do not use your data for advertising or commercial purposes.

4. Your consent for health data

Because this is sensitive personal data, we ask for your express consent before you send your appointment request, using the checkbox on the form. Without that consent we cannot process your request.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, except where required by law or a competent authority. To run this site we use technology service providers — website hosting and email delivery — that process your data only to provide that service to us. Their servers may be located outside Mexico.

6. Your rights (ARCO) and withdrawing consent

You have the right to access, rectify or cancel your data, or toobject to its use, and to withdraw your consent. To do so, emaildra.citlalieloa@gmail.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise and a clear description of your request. We will respond within the time limits set by law.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, and for as long as the legal provisions that apply to medical practice require.
